Return & Refund Policy

At True North Apparel, we want you to love your gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the purchaser’s expense.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note: Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@truenorthapparel with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the fault or error

If the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Exclusions

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Change-of-mind returns lodged after 30 days

  • Clearance or final-sale items (unless faulty)


How to Lodge a Return

  1. Email info@truenorthapparel.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide instructions and the relevant return address.

  3. Pack your item securely and return it using a trackable postage service.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund or outcome.
